Open Positions Full Stack Developer (WFH) React Native Developer (WFH) React Frontend Developer – UI/UX (WFH) Project & Work Environment Project Domain: Healthcare Work Mode: Work From Home (WFH) Team Collaboration: Daily coordination with product, design (UI/UX), and development team Work Style: Task-based delivery, regular updates, code reviews, and quality checks Key Responsibilities (For All Roles) Build and maintain modern, responsive, and scalable applications Convert requirements into working features with clean, reusable, and maintainable code Integrate REST APIs, handle data flow, and ensure smooth application performance Debug issues, fix bugs, and continuously improve stability and user experience Follow best practices for coding standards, structure, and version control (Git) Ensure UI is responsive across devices (mobile/tablet/desktop) Collaborate with designers and developers to deliver high-quality releases on time Participate in testing support, deployment support, and basic documentation Role-Specific Details 1) Full Stack Developer (WFH) You will work on both frontend and backend. Responsibilities Develop frontend modules using React.js Build backend services using Node.js (Express.js) / Next.js Design and implement RESTful APIs for web/mobile integrations Manage database operations and optimize queries Implement authentication/authorization and handle role-based access (basic level) Improve performance, security, and scalability for production use Required Skills Strong in React.js (components, hooks, state management) Backend experience with Express.js / Next.js API development and integration experience Database knowledge: MongoDB / PostgreSQL / MySQL Good understanding of error handling, validations, and clean architecture Good to Have Deployment knowledge (Vercel, VPS, AWS basics) Familiarity with logging, monitoring, and environment configuration 2) React Native Developer (WFH) You will build mobile app features and screens. Responsibilities Build and maintain mobile apps using React Native Implement UI screens based on UI/UX designs Integrate APIs, manage app state, and handle performance improvements Debug issues related to mobile UI, API data, and app builds Ensure smooth experience on different screen sizes and devices Required Skills Strong knowledge of React Native Experience in API integration and handling JSON responses Knowledge of state management and reusable components Understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices Good to Have Familiarity with Android build setup, APK/AAB generation Experience with push notifications, deep linking, or device permissions 3) React Frontend Developer (UI/UX) – WFH You will focus on web UI development and user experience.
