Open Positions Full Stack Developer React Native Developer React Frontend Developer (React.js) Role Overview As part of our development team, you will: Understand business requirements and convert them into working features Develop user-friendly interfaces with smooth user experiences Integrate applications with backend services and APIs Improve performance, security, and scalability of applications Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and deployment support Work in coordination with designers and other developers to ensure product quality Key Responsibilities (Common for All Roles) Build and maintain production-ready applications with clean and reusable code Integrate REST APIs and handle data flow efficiently Fix bugs, troubleshoot issues, and improve overall application stability Ensure responsive UI across devices (mobile/tablet/desktop) Follow best practices for code structure, version control, and documentation Deliver tasks on time with proper communication and ownership Position-wise Requirements 1) Full Stack Developer Skills & Requirements Strong hands-on experience in React.js Backend experience with Node.js (Express.js) or Next.js API design & integration (RESTful APIs) Working knowledge of databases like MongoDB / PostgreSQL / MySQL Understanding of authentication/authorization basics (JWT, sessions, etc.) Ability to optimize application performance and scalability Good to Have Experience with deployment (Vercel, AWS, VPS, etc.) Familiarity with Git workflows and CI/CD basics 2) React Native Developer Skills & Requirements Strong knowledge of React Native Experience building mobile apps with reusable components and clean UI API integration, handling JSON responses, and state management Debugging and performance optimization for mobile apps Familiarity with Android build/deploy process is a plus Good to Have Experience with libraries like Redux, Zustand, React Query Knowledge of app publishing and release management 3) React Frontend Developer (React.js) Skills & Requirements Strong proficiency in React.js, modern JavaScript (ES6+) Good knowledge of HTML5 / CSS3 and responsive design API integration and handling async data (fetch/axios) Understanding of reusable components, hooks, and state management Ability to convert UI designs into pixel-perfect interfaces Good to Have Experience with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or Material UI What We Offer Opportunity to work on meaningful healthcare products Supportive team culture and learning environment Career growth based on performance and skills Chance to work on modern tools and real production projects How to Apply Send your updated resume to: info@aarogyaaadhar.com (Please mention the position name in the email subject line, e.g., “Applying for React Native Developer”)
